Over the past five weeks, as I cut my dyed fabric into squares and sewed and sewed, I have been thinking about the phrase “my walls are my scrapbook” which I used ages ago to describe my decorating style. This quilt, perhaps more than anything I have DIYed for our walls before, is a both a scrapbook and a love letter. I am so excited to have it completed and hung in a spot that has been needing “something” for a year and half.
